Effective Date: 01 August 2026, IMPORTANT: These Terms & Conditions govern the use of DriveFab services. By placing a booking, the customer agrees to be legally bound by these terms. By confirming a booking through DriveFab, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
DriveFab is a platform that arranges independent freelance drivers for customers. DriveFab does not own customer vehicles and does not employ drivers as permanent employees unless specifically stated.
Bookings are subject to driver availability.
DriveFab may accept, reject or cancel any booking for operational, safety or unforeseen reasons.
• Provide correct pickup, contact and vehicle details.
• Ensure the vehicle has valid registration, insurance, PUC and other documents required by law.
• Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and mechanically fit.
• Treat the driver respectfully and provide a safe working environment.
• The assigned driver shall hold a valid Indian Driving Licence.
• The customer shall verify the driver's identity before handing over the vehicle keys if desired.
From the time the customer hands over the vehicle until it is returned, the customer remains the owner and person legally responsible for the vehicle. The customer is responsible for maintaining comprehensive motor insurance covering third-party and own-damage risks.
DriveFab acts only as a facilitator for arranging freelance drivers. DriveFab shall not be liable for any accident, collision, theft, fire, vehicle damage, mechanical failure, traffic challan, loss of income, consequential loss, injury, death, or loss of personal belongings arising during or after the service. Any claim arising out of the use of the vehicle shall be resolved by the customer in accordance with applicable law and the vehicle's insurance policy.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DriveFab, its owners, employees and representatives from any claim, demand, loss, liability, penalty or legal proceeding arising out of the customer's vehicle, booking, instructions or misuse of the service.
• Customer shall not require the driver to perform any illegal act.
• No transportation of illegal goods or substances.
• No abuse, harassment or violence towards the driver.
Service charges shall be paid as agreed at the time of booking.
Cancellation charges shall apply as per the DriveFab Cancellation Policy published on the website.
Customer information will only be used for booking, support and legal compliance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
